In der Regel passen die europäischen Netzstecker in alle Steckdosen vor Ort.

Das israelische Stromsystem ist einphasig mit einer Wechselspannung von 220V / 50 Hz. Die meisten Steckdosen sind für Dreistiftstecker. Diese können aber größtenteils ohne Adapter von Geräten mit europäischem Doppelstecker genutzt werden. In seltenen Fällen müssen für elektrische Rasierapparate, Reisebügeleisen und andere kleine elektrische Geräte Stromwandler und Zwischenstecker benutzt werden, die in Israel erworben werden können.
